Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance through our online booking. system or by contacting our studio.
• Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your session. We accept payment via. credit/debit card or other agreed-upon methods.
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a refund or credit.

Studio Use

• Our studio facilities are intended for legitimate music production purposes only. Any unauthorized use or activities deemed disruptive to other users or the studio’s operations are prohibited.
• Clients are responsible for the behaviour and conduct of themselves and their guests while on studio premises. Respectful and professional conduct is always expected. Smoking, drug use, and consumption of alcohol are prohibited on studio premises. Any violations will result in immediate termination of the session and may incur additional charges or penalties.
• The maximum number of guests allowed during a session is five people.

Equipment and Property

• Clients are responsible for the proper care and handling of all studio equipment, instruments, and property during their session. Any damage or loss caused by negligence or misuse will be charged to the client.
• Clients must adhere to all instructions provided by studio staff regarding the use of equipment and facilities. Failure to do so may result in termination of the session and forfeiture of payment.
• Personal belongings brought into the studio are the sole responsibility of the client. Oakwood London Studios is not liable for any loss or damage to private property.

Safety and Security

• Clients must comply with all health and safety regulations and procedures while on studio premises. This includes but is not limited to proper use of equipment, adherence to fire safety protocols, and evacuation procedures.
• Access to certain areas of the studio may be restricted for safety or security reasons. Clients must follow instructions from studio staff regarding access and use of restricted areas.

Liability

• Oakwood London Studios is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft occurring on studio premises, except in cases of proven negligence or wilful misconduct by the studio.
• Clients are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their equipment, instruments, and personal belongings while on studio premises.

Privacy and Confidentiality

• Oakwood London Studios respects the privacy and confidentiality of its clients and their projects. We will not disclose or share any confidential or proprietary information without the client’s consent.

Termination of Service

• Oakwood London Studios reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a session at any time for violations of these terms and conditions, misconduct, or other reasons deemed necessary by studio management.
• In the event of termination of service, no refunds or credits will be issued, and the client may be held liable for any damages or losses incurred by the studio.

Amendments and Updates

• Oakwood London Studios reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
